Today we did running test of our double layer roll forming machine with 925mm coil width.
It makes corrugated sheet 760mm effective width and Q-tile sheet 740mm effective width.
The machine designed to match 380V 50HZ 3 phase, work speed can reach 20m/min. Another set of machine is called bullnosing machine, it makes bullnosed IBR sheet, very popular in Africa market.
