IBR&Qtile Sheet Roll Forming Machine is a double layer roll forming machine to make two different roofing sheets, it is designed to make IBR roof sheet with 925mm coil width and make Qtile sheet with 1000mm coil width, which is very popular in South Africa market, includes Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Nambia, Botswana, Ghana ect countries. The main material is pre-painted galvanized steel,galvanized steel and Aluminum sheet. Thickness range from 0.20-0.70mm. Work speed can reach 15m/min.
